Creating a Day of Connection, Adventure, and Belonging
The Alma Buhnerkempe Memorial Family Camp is a one-day family camp experience designed to bring special needs families together through outdoor recreation, hands-on activities, and meaningful community connections.
Our goal is simple: create an inclusive, welcoming environment where families can unplug, explore, and make lasting memories together.

FLASH Adaptive T-ball
We're excited to continue to partner with the Chatham Baseball and Softball, Inc. to bring adaptive t-ball to our families.
Adaptive t-ball is for children ages 4-10 with developmental and physical disabilities. Each child will pair with a volunteer or peer model to work on general baseball and social skills.
Sessions will be held on Saturday afternoons from April 11, 2026 - May 30, 2026.

Adaptive Basketball
We're excited to continue to partner with the Chatham Youth Basketball Association to bring adaptive basketball to our families.
Adaptive basketball is for children ages 4-10 with developmental and physical disabilities. Each child will pair with a volunteer or peer model to work on general basketball and social skills.
Sessions will be held on Monday evenings mornings from January 5 - February 9, 2026 .
